Gonzo's Coral Frags Policy Information

• The two most important things to us is the quality of our corals and our customer service. Because we want our corals to be of the highest quality we make sure that we treat all of our corals before they arrive in our systems. We use interceptor on all of our Acropora corals in a separate quarantine system before they are put into our frag tanks. We also use "Revive" on all of our soft and large polyp stoney corals to help clean them and prevent flatworms and nudibranchs. We go above and beyond to make sure our corals are happy, healthy and clean!

• We check our emails several times a day, however we spend a lot of time working on the tanks and updating the website. If you need to get a hold of us please use the Contact Us page for the number and leave a message. We will get back to you as soon as we can.
• All credit card orders will be processed on the same day to you place your order. We recommend using Paypal as the best means of payment.
• We will not ship out an order if your order form is not completely filled out or your credit card is declined
• If a coral comes in damaged you must call within 4 hours of arrival and email a picture of the damaged coral. Once we have seen the damaged coral we will contact you about a replacement or credit. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED

Gonzo's Coral Frags Shipping Information

• All coral frags will be shipped overnight. If you would like your shipment priority overnight then please contact us after you place your order
• If you are a local buyer and would like to pick up your order to avoid shipping costs please call and make an appointment so we will be able to give you the time you need to get your order.
• All Colorado customers will be charged a 5.9% sales tax.
• We only use FedEx to ship our corals. We have shipped and received many corals and we have had the best experience with FedEx. Once and order is shipped out we will email you with a tracking number so that you can know when to expect your shippment
• Most shipments will arrive to your door by 3:00 pm but it may be later depending on bad weather or if there is a holiday. If you would like priority shipping it will arrive by 11:00am.
• Areas that are outside of normal FedEx delivery areas are guaranteed by the end of the day.
• For up to six coral frags the shipping price will cost $55.00 with a $5.00 box and packaging fee. For up to twelve corals the shipping price will cost $90.00 with a $7.00 box and packaging fee.
• All frags will be double bagged and packed in a Styrofoam lined boxed with hot or cold packs depending on time of year and location. If the coral requires extra care then it will be suspended with styrofoam blocks inside the bag.
